Also, it was really easy to call or text the project Manager if we had questions or noticed something out of the ordinary. Overall they were all very responsive and timely in their communications.
S. J. Janis Company: Nathan was the first person we contacted in this process, and it really was his knowledge of the engineering needed to take down a load bearing wall and his extreme attention to detail that sold us on sj Janis. We felt very cofident that he and his team had the expertise needed for our complex and large kitchen remodel.
Likely To Recommend: Definitely! We've worked with other contractors in the past and this was far and away the best experience we've had with a contractor and their teams.

Janis Company: We had five companies come into our home to discuss our project. All were given the same information and asked to come back with ideas. Nathan was the only one that had the vision that ended up being our new kitchen. Nathan immediately recognized that our home was an extension of us and created ideas that tied our kitchen into the rest of the house. We have an older home that has many nice details as well as our own decorating ideas. Nathan's vision connected our kitchen into the rest of our home and suggested details that made the finished project look as if it belongs.

Problem Resolution: Whenever we had a question or encountered a problem Gary and/or our project manager responded promptly and professionaly. I never had to worry about whether my concern or question would be addressed, I always knew it would be. This gave me great comfort.
Employees & Subcontractors: Everybody we encoutered through this experience was top notch. I had no concern as to what they were doing on the job site. I had great confidence they were working hard to get the job done - as was evident each night when I saw the work that had been completed that day.

Areas For Improvement: There was only one little thing and Gary has called us up just to see how the final walk through went and there was one little thing and they took care of it so I have no complaints. Its impressive when the head of the company calls you up to see if you are satisfied. That gives you the feeling that the company is well managed. We have received 2 phone calls from Gary at the end of the project which we think is outstanding.

Our house is now complete but any time we have had a problem (ie. roof) I can always count on them to help us, even on small projects. I am very satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone.
