Robuck Homes knows how to build a quality home. They have professional staff. Dealing with them continues to be a pleasant experience. Robert Bazen, the project manager, has bent over backwards to please us. They are a great group of people to work with.
Working with Garth and Mary Beth was an incredible experience. They were both very professional, informative, quick to respond to any calls or emails and extremely friendly. Garth alwayts told us exactly what was going on, the next steps, and progress points. Mary Beth's vision and guidance in the design center helped with our decisions in making our dream home. Both of them made sure we were taking care of during the building process from start to finish, and now beyond. Wouldn't have wanted to work with any other 2 individuals.
Robuck builds terrific homes. The construction is solid and the materials used are of high quality. Their personnel and subcontractors have all been competent, responsible and friendly. We would recommend a Robuck home without reservation.
Everything has been more than perfect. My father even came over because he is an inspector and he couldn't find any problems. They have been great.
This is the first time we have ever purchased a new home and I was so impressed with the quality for the dollar and their attention to detail and honorable nature. They were better than most and unlike many people who live in the neighborhood I have lived in million dollar homes. We wanted to downsize and I like how they honor their commitments, and it's just a great bang for the buck.
We have built 2 other custom homes in the past with other builders but never had as much information provided to us about how to maintain our home. I just love the "red book" and felt very informed following our walk through with Justin.

They use lumber that is not cured. The finish work is bad. The quality of the material is below what I would expect.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
