Areas Of Satisfaction: The level and frequency of honest communication. The patience with clients who sometimes changed directions without warning. And the respect the company garnered from all sub-contractors, and ,in turn, the respect that was always shown to us as clients.
Additional Comments: We feel exceptionally fortunate to have had a positively professional experience with Robinson and Thayer Custom Builders. We would use the company again if we ever need the services of a custom builder. I have recommended him to a few people already.We continue to intrude on his personal time as a resource for professional services in our community.

Additional Comments: I was very satisfied with their work. I had been through a comparable project with a different contractor a few years ago and this experience was much better. Stuart Thayer is very responsible and does what he says he will.

I could give numerous examples of where he saved us from making poor decisions. He communicates very well and and always follows through.He also had a great carpenter whose name I can't recall who was both very good and also creative at finding ways to imrpove on our plan.

Additional Comments: I have met and worked with other contractors and he is clearly the most professional one. I have recommended him several times and would be a reference for him anytime. The best example is that he still responds to minor problems I have (something breaks, dry wall work, etc) after having built my house 10 years ago.
