Dave Roberts is just terrific. Dave has projects all over; and I have recommended Dave to many folks and I wouldn't recommend him if I didn't believe he would do a good job, and he has. My particular work has been on an area that requires many additional approvals and in fact engineering studies (flood way). Relationships with the town need to be delicately handled, and sometimes people's construction has floundered because they are not sensitive to the real concerns that towns and villages have and need to be dealing with these municipal and regional officials in a certain way. Dave has none of these problems; and in fact, this is probably one of his strengths. A. What needs to be done? B. Preparing the client for what needs to be done. C.
