I really liked the cost and appearance of my windows.
I was most satisfied with the insulating quality of the windows.
The whole process was great. I've had floors put in, I've had painting done, and everybody aggravated me except for Rite Windows.

Installer was on time, did an excellent job, especially neat caulking around window trim. Left his number if I had any questions or needed him to come back.

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Rite Window. Everything went smoothly from talking with the salesman, ordering the windows and door, and finally the installation. The crew was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Rite Windows.
The installer Matt was great! He was also polite and answered our questions every time. He was friendly and my 4-year son enjoyed watching him work. Both Matt and Kevin worked until dark, more than 10 hours each day. We appreciate their dedication and effort to get the job done on time.

Rite Window
This is actually my second time around with Rite Window and I was very pleased with my work. Rite Window has also installed windows at my daughters house, and she was also very pleased. They exceeded my expectations.
Usually when we have work done on the house, I will stay home to interact with the contractor. This time, due to schedulign, my wife had to stay home. The crew that came made her feel at ease about the project and confident that it was being done correctly.
The windows are great and the installation crew was wonderful.

The sales presentation was not pushy or demanding. Information was concise and all questions were answered. We did not feel pressured into buying these windows. The installation staff came ontime and were very professional. When they left we had new windows and no clean-up. Thanks to all.
It was a good product. They said they would do something, and except for a slight delay, they did it.
Joe, the installation manager was really helpful when I contacted him regarding when the windows were coming in. He called me back at the promised time to follow up. Also, after the project was done, he called me to make sure everything was okay.
I would like to recognize the installation crew. They took time to put in extra insulation for us around the windows because there was some open space.
Rite Window exceeded all of my exceptions, I have been totally satisfied. I love the product. I originally hired Home Depot. Two guys who looked like Cheech and Chong walked in, they smelled the same too. They did a terribly poor job. I grabbed my sword and chased them out of my home. Rite Window went above and beyond the call of duty.

From start to finish my experience with Rite Windows was nothing short of perfect. Armando spent a considerable amount of time with me reviewing their products, the company, the manufacturing process and even took me on a tour of their showroom . This was my first major purchase in my first home so I had many questions! For the quality of the windows installed in my home I think I'd be hard pressed to find it at a better price.
Armando did an incredible job of explaining your windows, what installation involves, etc. and invited me to the showroom in Woburn. At the showroom he showed me the different windows we had priced, how to operate them, special features, etc. and was very knowledgeable about the products.Also, both of your installers did an incredible job! They were on time and worked diligently both of the days they were at my home. I joked with them too that my house was cleaner after they left!
