Two guys who looked like Cheech and Chong walked in, they smelled the same too. They did a terribly poor job. I grabbed my sword and chased them out of my home. Armando did an incredible job of explaining your windows, what installation involves, etc. and invited me to the showroom in Woburn. At the showroom he showed me the different windows we had priced, how to operate them, special features, etc. and was very knowledgeable about the products.Also, both of your installers did an incredible job! They were on time and worked diligently both of the days they were at my home. I joked with them too that my house was cleaner after they left!

A big concern of mine was completing the installation in one day so I wouldn't have to take off another day from work. Happily the installers showed up much earlier than expected (absolutely fine, except I wasn't expecting them that early, they didn't call ahead to let me know, so I wasn't home. Luckily my handyman was taking down window treatments, let them in and then they called me.) Also, they stayed until 6 pm to finish because they knew that I really wanted/needed them to not have to come back the next day. I was very grateful they pushed through, stayed late and finished in one day.

When we asked sales person about removing window treatments, he said we wouldn't have to. However, that definitely was not the case and we had to spend additional money to hire someone to remove and reinstall them. However, Rite Window did the "rite" thing and reimbursed us for this unexpected expense.Also, we were not informed of what else needed to be cleared/moved in each room. Unfortunate for the installation team, as they had to do it, but did so without complaint.

Rite Window is a candidate for a 2012 Guildmaster Award. The Guildmaster Awards recognize exemplary service among home builders, remodelers, developers, and home services contractors. Click here to review this year's qualifications.

If you are a recent customer of Rite Window and have not yet received a customer satisfaction survey, please let us know. We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of Rite Window's application.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
