Wright communicates very well and that is something that was very important to me when I selected a contractor.
Better Or Worse: Wright and his team communicate very well and their record keeping and invoices are organized in an easy to follow manner. The weekly meetings are very beneficial.
Recognized Excellence: Brian did a great job of managing the project. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure something was done correctly, even if it meant repeating a process. Wright has a customer is usually right mentality even in instances where he may not necessarily agree.

They thoroughly explain the process as well as the cost, so as to not have any misunderstanding. I enjoyed working with Wright Marshall on the architectural details prior the project because of his good eye for design. Also, Revival is able to understand what the client is trying to accomplish with their budget. They steered me in where to focus my budget, so as to make a bigger impact on the outcome of my house. They brought me other ideas to consider, while still respecting my budget. I could not be more pleased with the result of the project.
Review: Revival is an exceptional company. They manage client expectations well by communicating on a regular basis and explaining the process beforehand. Their quality of work and follow through is worth every penny. All of their employees were very professional. Remodeling our house with them was a pleasant experience and we are very happy with the result.

The skill and technical expertise of everyone who worked on the project was exceptional. There was clarity on the financial and cost sides of the project, and I liked the weekly scheduled meetings that they adhered to. Response time was very short to any inquiry I had. Our expectations were met and exceeded overall.
Better Or Worse: Wright is so organized. He has a particular interest and talent in architecture and design. His artistic eye, in addition to his organization, lends him a right-brain left-brain combination that can be rare in any industry, and he brings all of that to the table. That distinguishes them from other companies.

Better Or Worse: Well, first of all, using GuildQuality to do their survey work indicates that Revival really cares about quality. Anybody could use a Survey Monkey or something, but GuildQuality shows that quality matters. Communicates very well, upholds their promises, takes the time to understand the client's vision but speaks up and pushes back tactfully when the client is going down a suboptimal path.

Many other contractors sometimes have a problem with the one step forward, two steps back issue. Revival doesn't come in low with an unrealistic bid to get the job. Consequently, there aren't fiscal surprises along the way, and the client is happy when the job is completed. None of their employees can be seen on America's Most Wanted. All are friendly and knowlegable.

Why Or Why Not Recommend: I have recommended Revival because they are honest, professional, highly organized (unusual for a construction company, I think). They are dependable and responsive to any changes and needs that arise during the project.
Favorites: I'd have to say the planning and I enjoyed their people. This is my second time using them, and their project managers and workpeople are enjoyable to be around.
Better Or Worse: I'm a highly organizational type person and Revival is run like a business. They try to stick to the schedule, review the progress weekly, and their organization makes them stand out above any other construction company I have worked with. I have always come in on budget as planned, and I know any add-on costs up front. Their subcontractors come as planned and that's pretty unusual in my experience.
Recognized Excellence: Brian, my project manager is exceptional, he has excellent people skills and building skills. Carlos Duarte, he's exceptiona, I've worked with him before and he is great, I'm crazy about him. I would also like to commend Eric who took over for two weeks when Brian had to be out of town, and he did a very nice job.
Additional Comments: I just enjoy recommending them to others because they have done such a great job for me both times.

Better Or Worse: Revival Construction was extremely thorough in the advance planning stages of the project which eliminated unexpected costs while construction was underway. They also did a tremendous job of communicating throughout the process.
Recognized Excellence: Wright Marshall very patiently met with us during the planning stages of the project and using his construction knowledge, guided us toward a design that exceeded our expectations. We must also mention the design expertise of Rodolfo who interpreted our vision and surprised us with his uncanny ability to know exactly what we were looking for. Exceptional service seems to come naturally to Brian O'Herron, our construction supervisor. He definitely needs to be acknowledged for his attention to detail, high quality workmanship, positive attitude and his thoughtful consideration of the impact of the worksite and its affect not only on us but our neighbors as well. He should be commended for his passion to do the best job possible, always going over and above what was expected.
