We did not change much based upon their opinions, but we totally understood why they held their views and we appreciated all of their views and are glad we made the changes where we did.
Areas For Improvement: Even though they gave a great effort in keeping communications open, the only areas we were less than totally satisfied were due to miscommunication.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The end result was near perfect. We chose R&R because they were the only contractor we had his that did not give us the impression that we were wasting their time on details. The time frame was we'll within expectations and we understood the process compleyely.
Recognized Excellence: Wayne made sure everything ran smoothly and resolved whatever was feasible. He and Party fully understood our concerns, recognized our investment hesitations, and tolerated our slow methodical approach to selection and finalizing a contract. We will use the again if they'll let us.
Additional Comments: My only suggestion to future customers is to not feel any hesitation to keep telling them what you want. If something is important to you don't let any communication go unverified. I had a hard time giving anything less than a four in any category. They certainly did not fall short in effort.

Areas Of Satisfaction: In the kitchen raising the ceiling was such a good suggestion. The barn doors on the pantry are amazing and the finish on them is really special as they custom finished the doors themselves. Each day they left the construction site clean and neat as it could be.

Product Selections Process: Very educational in the sense of learning about what was the best product and material to use. We learned a lot about lead on a roof to keep a top-notch job.

They went above and beyond because part of the final bill was less than they thought In other words, they felt a refund was appropriate and they suggested (because my mother's security doors were rusted) that they replace those doors to even out the bill. My mom's new doors are beautiful. They sand blasted them, painted them, they're just perfect.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Promptness, tidiness, flexibility. Anything we suggested, or little extra needs, they had no problem taking care of for us.

The added bonuses were that the personnel were punctual, clean, well dressed, polite, well spoken, professional, skilled, and hard working; the truck, trailer and other equipment was all clean and in good repair, and even the tool trailer was tidy and organized.
Schedule: R & R Express personnel were punctual to a tee. They were on time each morning, took a reasonable lunch break on-site, and worked through the afternoon. They finished our job ahead of schedule.
Communication: Early in the process Patti and Kristen were quick and thorough in their email responses to answer my questions and schedule the work. During the project Wayne made a point of keeping us informed and up to date with the progress. He also took time to meet with us and discuss additional aspects of the project. All of the R & R Express personnel were pleasant and professional.
Clean & Safe: We were impressed at the care R & R Express personnel took to protect the remainder of the house from being affected by construction related dust and dirt.
Value: This type of work is expensive regardless of who does it. In terms of "you get what you pay for", we are very satisfied with the quality of work and all other aspects of getting the work done.
Likely To Recommend: I absolutely would recommend R & R Express to anyone I know of who is in need of having similar work done. R & R Express was recommended to us by a friend. The positive reviews on their web page gave us more hope of a favorable experience. Then working with the staff to coordinate and schedule the project added to our confidence. When they actually came out to complete the work we were totally impressed. Everyone who we dealt with was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were punctual, organized, and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Areas Of Satisfaction: After an initial delay (which was out of their control) the team always showed up when they said they would. They worked really fast...no leaning on the hoe handle! Every day when they finished for the day they cleaned up their work area really well. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Product Selections Process: We were looking specifically for a Pella product. We went to a home show, and they were there. They recommended a specific product because we were looking for a specific product.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied with the price and with the look of the window. They stayed on schedule. They had some work that they had to do, one little piece of touch up work, and Wayne was back right when he said he'd be back.
Areas For Improvement: Kristen is in training. She was kind of learning on the job. That was the only reason I didn't give her a four. That's not falling short of expectations; when someone is new on the job, you don't expect the same thing they do when they've been around for a while. They didn't fall short.
Recognized Excellence: I would recognize Wayne.
Current Referrals: I'm hoping we'll be able to use them again. I really do trust them.

I had a customer installation for a range hood and they were able to find the product for me and explain to me why it was difficult and then they did what they needed to do to get the job done.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied with the remodeling job. What impressed me the most was his knowledge of existing structures. He had to understand how my house was built and he did.
