They go over every detail, big or small, to make sure that the buyer knows what they should expect and what they should not expect. The construction orientations are a great thing for home buyers. Not only do you know what your home looks like from the design standpoint, but you know what the bones of your house looks like and how it should function. The construction orientation was a good way to show us the "bigger picture" of the home.

We actually thought we would never consider a Quadrant home. But after walking through Liberty Hill we soon realized that this was not the same Quadrant from 2-3 years ago. They had listened to the concern of future homeowners like ourselves. Concerns regarding vinyl siding, lackluster front elevations, boxy looking designs, and mediocre interiors. We had made a list of minimum needs for our first home and Quadrant exceeded our expectations. The built green concept also was an added bonus. They really try to fit you into the right home by taking into account your personal taste and needs. It is not a typical builder with just a few designs, but each one of their homes are custom built, and the customer can make decisions as to what to change. They have a continuity in all their homes, yet they are still customized If I were ever relocated I would look for another quadrant community.
