Salesperson Punctuality: Dave was always punctual for our meetings
Sales Follow Up: Dave was excellent at follow-up, his responses to our calls and emails was immediate. If he did have to follow-up with another resource at ProBuilt, he was back to us either that day or the next.
Understand Building Process: ProBuilt provides a timeline of what to expect as well as clear and concise checklist of all the things that both ProBuilt and we as the buyers need to do and when during the build process.
Professional & Organized: They are very professional and very organized. They have an excellent process in place to walk the buyer through the build process and are guiding us through what we need to do to have a successful project completion.
Why Us?: Three reasons: 1) They really listened and worked with us, they heard what we wanted and made it happen. 2) They were very price competitive. Their level one finishes and "package offerings" far exceeded what other builders offered so we didn't need as many upgrades which tremendously helped the overall cost and kept us on budget. 3) They have some basic build materials that are included that the other builders did not have, i.e. siding is .044 not .040, higher R Value for insulation; name brand furnace, etc...

Recognized Excellence: Josh. He was absolutely the best throughout the entire building of our home. Whenever we panicked about something we thought was wrong, he would say "relax, it's not done yet". He knows all aspects of construction, sequence of tasks to be done, timing of every task and so much more. He kept us calm and informed from the beginning to the end of our build. Josh is straight up, professional and personable. He made us feel that he was building our home as if it was going to be a home for his own family. More than once Josh went above and beyond for us. He called the mayor to advocate for us when road ordinances were about to interfere with our material delivery. We had several calls from him telling us he got a credit from several of the contractors who worked on our house. He also kept our budget concerns in mind when negotiating change orders, and offered us alternative ideas to consider that were not as costly. Josh is definitely a fabulous asset for ProBuilt. He is the reason that our second time of building a home was not the intense, highly stressful, sleepless nights, legal involvement, argumentative process that it was during our first home building experience.

I have to think that George is a strong leader who clearly communicates his expectations and holds his people accountable. Each individual I have worked with exceeded my expectations, was very attentive and genuinely wanted to build me a beautiful home while making the experience a pleasurable one.
Recognized Excellence: Rick Carrabine was exceptional. I've never experienced the level of responsiveness from a salesperson in any other type of transaction, including having built 4 previous homes. Bryan Peterson is also exceptional. He answered my calls, answered my questions, got quick and positive resolution to issues, and made me feel that building my perfect home was his singular priority.
