ProBuilt Homes listened to what we wanted in our home right from the beginning. George was exceptional at listening to what we wanted and translating it into exactly what we envisioned. The staff of ProBuilt were always available to answer our questions and address concerns no matter how big or small. This was our first experience building a home and we were very pleased with how smoothly the process went. ProBuilt was very helpful with guiding us through the entire building process. We would definitely recommend ProBuilt to our friends and family.

My wife and I are very pleased with our experience and the end product of our new home. Working with ProBuilt was free of all of the "home building nightmares" that our friends & relatives have experienced with other builders. Additionally, one of the great things that helped us decide to go with ProBuilt was the inclusion of many upgrades as standard choices when compared to other builders that we interviewed. Finally, through the whole process George Davis & his staff were responsive, cared, and showed true pride in their work.
George Davis' attention to detail during the quoting/sales process is what sold us on ProBuilt homes. Throughout the construction of our home, many of the trades commented on his perfectionism. This is exactly what a homeowner is looking for in a builder!

Although all the individuals at ProBuilt were great to work with, Joe Such was exceptional. His input and helpfulness were greatly appreciated by us. Also, the expertise of Doug Page at Mentor Lumber was a great asset as we made our cabinet choices. Not to be forgotten, Bill from Dry Creek Siding seemed geniunely interested in making sure we were happy with his work.

George is a very down to earth, reasonable guy when it comes to his work and building homes. He's very meticulous about the detail. He is very adamant that the work gets done right. If it doesn't, he makes sure that it does. Overall, he is a people person.
Customer service, follow up, availability. Even after living in our home for several years the ProBuilt team remains accessible.

Working with George and the others through the building process was great. IT was our first time building and it was unique and exceptional. We talked to a lot of people who built homes and never talked to anyone who went from start to finish without problem or issue that did not cause any stress and we went from start to finish stress free and with absolutely no issues, as did a college of mine because of ProBuilt Homes. We have referred multiple people and they are all satisfied as well.
The house was built to the exact penny we agreed upon. Nothing cost more than expected and the quality was great.
Brady was outstanding. George was exceptional. I would also like to recognize Joe and Stacy. Their team is great. Joe loves the work he does, and you can tell that he is serious about his job.
Throughout the whole process they were quick to answer questions. They were always two steps ahead of us, taking care of issues. They were after the interest of the home buyer, which is absolutely amazing.
It was refreshing as a home buyer to see that they kept everything clean.
