Our experience with Preferred Remodelers was excellent. Timely, professional, great communication and excellent follow through. Job site was clean and the design of our house exceeded expectations. We would use them again and refer them to a friend.

I felt Preferred Remodelers delivered a terrific product at a reasonable cost. I had to deal with the project long distances, so it was a tricky situation. Good communication was absolutely required, and they really delivered in this regard. I didn't have any problems. Overall, they are a great remodeler.

Jim Ward did a wonderful job of extending our family room and outdoor patio for our home. He was attentive to details and got the job done in a timely manner. He was absolutely great to work with. We are greatly pleased with our new addition.

Preferred Remodelers were professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly! I would refer my friends & family to them without a qualm. Work was done on time and with a great deal of attention to detail. Between Jim and I we worked out everything to perfection.
