I have used Potter Construction since 2006, based on a strong recommendation from my neighbor, who showed me all the beautiful work that was done in his home. I am always pleased with the work and the results. Although I will retire soon, and won't be able to afford any more major projects, I will continue to call Potter for smaller projects, as well as the occasional handyman service. Maxine Z.
Potter Construction was excellent to work with for our basement remodel. Harry, our project lead was outstanding to have in our home everyday and does quality craftsmanship. He managed all of our sub contractors very well. Potter construction has excellent quality work, and is very professional!
While no project is perfect, my wife and I are most pleased at how our bathroom remodel turned out. Potter Construction was patient as we worked through all of the design decisions and assisted with information on materials and possibilities. They explained how and when the work would be done and kept a running calendar to keep us informed of schedule changes. The craftsmanship both inside the walls (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and outside in the finished product are first class.
I have a beautiful kitchen I love. Gary provided ideas while listening to mine. The crew was easy to work with, cheerful and dependable. I was provided with contacts that provided me with choices for my kitchen that were quality companies that delivered a quality product. The electrical sub contractor is one I will call on again. Potter Construction would be a company I would not have a problem recommending to others.
I have used Potter Construction three times and they have always done everything in a very professional and timely manner. If there is a problem, they address it immediately and fix it. I am planning on using them in the future.

When we realized it was time to do repair work on our shower walls, we were intimidated to say the least. We decided, however, that it was a good opportunity to update the whole bathroom and started our search for professional help. After our first meeting with Potter Construction, everything seemed more manageable. We were presented with choices that fit our style and our budget. Communication about payments and work plans was very clear. The employees were all very professional and worked efficiently. They cleaned up at the end of the day and let us know what to expect at each phase. We are very happy with the results--our bathroom has never looked so good.
Having worked with them before, our expectations were pretty high. The Overall experience was as great & as easy as it has been with them in the past - just as I expected it would be.

We would definitely use Potter Construction again, if they continue at this level of performance. We think highly of all the employees. They were pleasant to be around, as well as very competent.
The employees were exceptional, as were most of the sub-contractors.
They did a nice job redistributing the weight of the roof and the new tub.
The guy that did our job, Carl, was just tops, number one.
Our only problems with our remodel had to do with the tile subcontractor. The timeliness issue was not necessarily the fault of Potter but the fault of the cabinetmaker, tile supplier, and mainly tile subcontractor. Our kitchen is beautiful - we enjoy using and looking at it every day! We STILL drag people off the sidewalk to come in and look at our beautiful kitchen - they havn't even crossed the street yet before they are being invited in!

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
