He really cares that we are happy and that our house turned out the way we expected. We were happy with everyone that worked on the house (subs were so polite, office folks always helpful) and Tony and Jay were great but BJ definitely made a difference when it came to calming us in those stressful times and assuring us that all would turn out well (which it did).

They were most accommodating and flexible.
Additional Comments: While having construction done to one's home is a bit stressful and difficult, everyone associated with this project has been very friendly, helpful, and professional. We are very pleased with the work and intend to use them again when we do additional renovations to three bathrooms.
