I should also mention that although Matt did not work on the sun room project, he was the lead on the hail damage repairs (roof/siding). I found him to be very easy to communicate with and the quality of his work was outstanding. I was impressed with the level of detail he went into on the siding installation - a real craftsman.

Outstanding communication and interaction with Tom Balliet, he is a true asset to the business. Enjoyed working with Terry Haas (masonry) as we worked to get the exterior color right, Shawn Jacobs (dry wall) for the friendly, co-operative attitude, Bernie Kiralfy (Pella) for the help getting the trim color right and Tony Macquire (HVAC/electrical) for help with understanding the Mitsubishi system.

Sean was the main person that was at our home. He kept us updated with the progress of our powder room, very friendly, did a wonderful job!!! We liked that the samples we would take home to see what we like and could take the samples back and Karen would return everything. One less running around we had to do.

I think that they built a fabulous room. The quality of the structure was great and the workers know exactly what they are doing.

They kept us very well informed on the work that was to be done and fulfilled every request we made.

Other than the excellent workmanship, I think we were most impressed with the communication by everyone, from Bruce to Karen, in the office, to Ed and his assistant. We knew when everyone was coming to do what they were going to do, and they came and did it, at the promised time!

This is definitely not applicable - Penn went above our expectations in all that they did.
