There were some hiccups throughout the project with organization. The company lost two key team members during our project - first the designer then the project manager. This caused delays, as well as some confusion behind the scenes.
Clean & Safe: The only exception to this was during drywall taping - apparently the subcontractor had a conflict and to hire a replacement to do the job. Those workers weren't just sloppy, they actually swept debris and wet drywall mud down the into the brand new HVAC vents. Every other worker as part of the project was very tidy and made sure their tools and supplies were put away at the end of each day. I always felt comfortable walking around in the workspace, and I thought the team as a whole did a great job keeping things neat.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The quality of the work and finishes - the cabinetry they installed is fantastic, and they matched the new hardwood floor to our existing floor perfectly. It was expensive, but it was worth it (you definitely get what you pay for!!)

However Patrick Finn, LTD took full responsibility, covered all expenses and made all changes that were necessary to put the hood at the correct height. So having the problem didn't meet our expectations BUT the way Patrick Finn, LTD handled the problem for sure did.
Areas Of Satisfaction: We found the communication through the process to be excellent. Communication along with quality of the work and follow through on the plan were the most important areas of satisfaction.

Areas Of Satisfaction: Again, I am hard-pressed to pick out an area where they exceeded over another area. However, if pressed, I would guess I would have to say their attention to detail; everything looks beautiful and built to last a long time. Patrick is not just a salesman, he knows construction, and has kept abreast of current codes and designs. His project manager, Greg, keeps you informed of every step along the way. The demolition crew is neat and tidy, cleaning up the work area at the end of the day. And the lead carpenter, Greg II is truly a master craftsman. I am thrilled with their work and the entire experience.
Additional Comments: I would have to give kudos to the young woman that did his computer design. She did an excellent job in laying out our new kitchen, with many great ideas in the process.

Greg, the project manager, always told us when someone would or wouldn't be here, and they were punctual. We were notified when a choice of ours would go above budget and the numbers were clearly stated. Beyond that, our cabinets are of such good quality. I also had reason to be in touch with the company that Patrick Finn used to supply our granite countertops. Two years after our project completion, this company is still responsive to our needs. Patrick uses good people.
Lead Source: We had seen some of the company's work in a nearby community. While working with another architect on a project that didn't happen, Finn was mentioned as high end. After that project fell through, my husband and I visited a home improvement expo where Patrcik Finn was present. We had a chance to meet him personally. We explained our project as being small and probably not of his interest. He told us that his company took on all projects and none were too small. We set up an appointment and were impressed by what we heard.
Additional Comments: Really can't say enough about this company. The kitchen redesign has actually changed how we live our lives.
