Biggest concern was cost over runs and finishing within a reasonable amount of time...they came in on time and within the cost estimate they provided prior to starting the project

The follow up was exceptional after the project was complete and the bill was paid....I thought I never would hear from them again...and two weeks after completion of the project the owner of the company Mr.Hemmerle called me himself....I told him I had to touch up some scratch marks on the walls from moving furniture back...he told me not to touch it...that he would send a painter back to ensure it blended in...and he did within a week with no additional charge.

It is a historic building and, therefore, a public space. Tom had to match the woodwork (which is 100 years old) and make the bathroom appear as if it genuinely belonged there. He did a very fine job.

Giovanni was excellent and Steve was also very helpful.

Overall, tried to drive the timetable and finish in a timely manner......pushed on ordering details.....gave opinions when asked......very professional and left workplace clean every day.Very responsive to phone calls on a 24/7 basis.
