He was amazing, for him to be so involved in the process that was great for us. We had a leak and was at our house within 45 minutes, the owner of the company did this so that speaks volumes.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The timeline was amazing to have a project of that magnitude. They told us they wanted to be done in 12 weeks and they finished on that day. They would e-mail every Friday with an update and we appreciated that as well.
Additional Comments: We recommend them to everyone. We fell as if we've built a partnership for life with them and will use them for anything moving forward.

Problem Resolution: Rocco was most responsive to problem resolution although there were few of them.
Value: We got a whole new first floor for a very fair value.
Recognized Excellence: David was very knowledgeable and personable. I very much enjoyed working with and learning from Rocco. I also enjoyed all the sub contractors.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Most everything met and exceeded our expectations. This included the initial planning with David and Rocco. Rocco made many suggestions that proved correct (e.g., purchase in- ceiling and in-wall speakers, replace crown and dental molding, eliminate chair railing, doorway trim, can lights). Painting is great. Floors are great. Cabinets and countertops are great. All trim is stunning.
Additional Comments: I will highly recommend Oneida Builders to my friends. I also look forward to using them for our next project.

Mark Shaw is an excellent carpenter and I am fairly sure he can fix anything. They were the two people we interacted with most during the project, but everyone from the demo guys to the tile guys to the painters were all prompt, courteous, and professional when working in our home...and everything turned out great!

Recognized Excellence: Rocco, the owner, did what he said he was going to do and made sure all of his contractors did that as well.
Areas For Improvement: They did not fall short of my expectations. It was one of the smoothest renovations I have ever gone through.
Areas Of Satisfaction: They met/exceeded my expectations in every category from the demolition to ordering and assigning me a home decorator. We met at the tile store and she was pretty amazing. The whole process was very smooth. I couldn't be more happy with the way it all worked out. The final product is outstanding.

Problem Resolution: Definitely true. Roco was very responsive and willing to work with us on whatever the issue was.
Recognized Excellence: I would like to recognize Rocco for his exceptional service. He was our contact, and the person in charge of the job and the folks that he had working for him I thought were very very good. He had an assistant, and I thought he was very good. We thought a lot of the electrician that Rocco used for the project.
Areas Of Satisfaction: With respect to the final product, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen came out and how well it worked. The couple of instances since then that I have needed to follow up with Rocco he was great about that. The customer service after the project was extraordinary!
Design: Yes, and it is a big improvement in the layout of the prior kitchen.
Additional Comments: It was a good project, and we would definitely use them again!
