Our Contractor, Joe Miller went above and beyond! I am very happy with the work was done after our fire. Joe made the process very easy, involved us in all the decisions regarding our home and was in constant contact to advise the progress of the work. This was a very stressful time for my family, but Joe help to take one of our worries away. Based on my experience with Omincon, Inc. I will not recommend them.

Took over 18 months for them to restore a 900 square foot house in which they stated there was no rush. They would send someone out there who would only work on the house for about an hour or so, until the end when they wanted to close the claim than there was a rush due to them wanting the money from the insurance company. The work that they did was subpar and I would not recommend.

I can't commend Omnicon enough for the professional and immediate services they provided after a severe flood situation.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They were very professional. If I left a message or email they would always respond within 2-3 days. It seems they follow a nice procedure. The installers were very courteous and careful while working. They did well accommodating to us and listened to our concerns.

We are still waiting for the return of a table that was damaged by contractors. We have gotten NO RESPONSE to our emails in this regard. Very disappointed.

Omnicom takes too long to finish the job. They are unprofessional when they handle your house. They took all of the cabinets out of my kitchen and put them in my living room, and I felt they should have put all of my stuff in a pod.

Joe Miller, Project Manager was very responsive. Regardless of the time, he responds to our emails or text messages and handles our concerns to our satisfaction.

These people are pros. They did excellent work. My house looks way better.Definitely go with this company for your contractor needs.

There was one other issue with a refund. I am still waiting for the refund.

They were professional from the get go. They walked me through the steps. The gentlemen who came to do the job were awesome. They did what they had to do and did their best not to interfere with our lives.

Mark and company were responsive , courteous and professional at every juncture of the restoration project. The attention to detail in all aspects of the job was surprising. {pleasantly}Working with our busy travel schedule was difficult I'm sure but Bob was always willing to go the extra mile and always prompt to our meetings.
