Budget: Our costs w/ NC 180 only changed because we added additional work during the project timeframe. There were few surprises during the project, but those did not impact the cost of our project. Gideon is an extremely trustworthy and honest professional in the industry that I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end remodel/renovation.
Value: Again, this is for higher end work, so not a contractor for someone try to get something done quickly and on the cheap. But if your interest is in high quality craftsmanship and an unreal end result, Gideon is your guy.
