I was extremely satisfied with New Concepts' willingness and patience in developing the initial contract. They were very responsive in making the alterations to the estimates and never showed any frustrations during the lengthy process.The second was the overall quality of the work and the cleanup effort that was done every day. I have worked with numerous construction companies and they were among the very best.

I met the owner many years ago when I had industrial buildings, and he was working with one of my tenants' interior designers. I liked his work so I got in contact with him.

Expertise, willing to go the extra mile, ability to look at the project from a creative/artistic eye.
