The area where I was most satisfied with NEWPRO was with the whole package. The presentation and knowledge of the sales staff was superb. The workmanship was great.

The crew exhibited a well coordinated team effort knowing their individual responsibilities, and wasted no time in doing the job. They consulted with me where choices needed to be made, and proceeded with any requests I had. When problems were revealed in the house structure they just went ahead and corrected the problems without additional charge. I was surprised to see two of the crew show up one rainy day just to get the gutters up. Both Newpro’s president and vice president made calls to me to check on my impression of the work as it was in progress.
