Additional Comments: We interviewed and researched several design/remodel contractors and, while Murphy Bros. was not the least expensive, we felt they were worth every penny. We are extremely satisfied with the completed project and the overall experience. We not only got a beautiful, professional remodel that even the City inspectors commented on, but we were respected, taken care of, treated like family and felt like we could trust the staff completely.

Brittany and Tom were amazing in getting us the kitchen we wanted. The workers on the job were so respectful and easy to work with. They treated us, our home and our dogs with love and respect.
Clean & Safe: I never had to worry about stepping on nails or my dogs cutting their feet. They made sure everything was clean and safe everyday before they left.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I was very pleased with how Mark, Jon and Ryan treated our home. Those guys were such a joy to work with and have in our home. The design went above and beyond what we expected and we just love it.
Recognized Excellence: Brittany, Tom, Jon, and Mark were all incredible. Brittany was my go to when I need something really fast and always made me feel heard. Tom took time out of his day almost everyday to stop by to make sure we were happy. When something happened he did everything he could to fix it. Jon was so fun in the beginning with all the demo. He made a special project just for me. I wanted to demo a wall and he made me a spot I could go right through. Just made me feel special. Mark was so detail oriented at the end. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about how things finished and made sure we were happy everyday.

We were very excited that Murphy has their own cabinet maker, too!
Additional Comments: We chose Murphy even though it was more expensive than our other two bids and it was well worth it. The other two companies said they would have to smash our existing tile to take out the vanity. Murphy Bros. was careful not to disturb the tile (which we really like) because they cared about what we wanted.

Expertise: Being a professional engineer in the commercial construction industry for many years, I very much appreciated the experience they presented in all areas of our project. They knew what they were doing, how to do it, provided good quality, and everyone we dealt with was professional.
Problem Resolution: The experience they have in construction provided multiple options, recommendations and suggestions for any issues that came up.
Recommend Builder: I would use Murphy Bros again for any project we have and would recommend them to anyone who has a construction project.
Recognized Excellence: Everyone we dealt with should be recognized. Jonah, Paul and Jon were the main people that were involved in our project, but the person(s) designing our project along with all of the people performing the work on site should be recognized as well. I don't remember all of the names so I won't attempt to put any names here. I would also add that Jonah, Paul and Jon along with everyone working on site was very friendly and communicated with us on questions and progress.
Additional Comments: The sub contractors that they hired to work on our project also had expertise and experience that worked well for our project.

They got us through it, and were willing to work with us, and tear things down in the beginning. We saw things that were needed, and they worked with us. They kept working with us at every phase of it. They exceeded our expectations with being so willing to work with us. Paul was wonderful with us. He knew it was hard for us, and he worked very closely to get it done and handled. He eased us into it, and made suggestions. It all turned out great. He was excellent! I couldn't ask for a better lead person. I would request him again.
Customer Suggestion: Keep going with the excellent service and product! It is needed for people like us in remodeling. Go Murphy Bros!
Recognized Excellence: All of our crew had exceptional service. John and Matt were our two guys that worked with us mostly. Paul was our lead contractor. Those three couldn't have been better. They were the answer to our prayers with their integrity, professionalism, and humanness. They were warm to work with, answered questions, and took their time. As we watched, they would stop if we have any questions. They were very hard, meticulous workers. Their workmanship was excellent. We were afraid that they would not match the arches, and they did. They are beautiful. Everyone loves our kitchen. Big kudos to everyone that had a hand in this remodel.
Additional Comments: It has changed my view on how this works, and has put me more at ease in trusting people in my home. They eased that for me. They were wonderful! Our experience was top notch. It couldn't have gone better. They were on time, ahead of time, and they took a couple days off to take a breather. It worked out wonderfully.

There were no added surprises or costs which were nice and I felt we got a fair price on change orders, which I appreciate.

Since stay at home orders & essential worker orders started at the same time as the start of our project, I can't blame Murphy Brothers for any delays, etc. They were great considering the crazy times.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Quality is A++++++. Everyone that came into our home was very mindful of the pandemic rules.
