We felt like we were very involved in every phase, but we didn't feel stressed out about any of it.The Merrick team always had good suggestions – whether it was for something to eliminate to keep the cost down, or helping with material selection. Small changes or adjustments throughout the process were acceptable and the team worked on the fly to make the changes we wanted without any hesitation. We honestly feel that the entire Merrick team delivered exceptional service from the start of the project to the end. With that being said, we are thankful for Tim helping us scope out the project and guiding us through the budgeting process. Of course we were thrilled that Tom was back as our project manager – he was always accessible, one step ahead of the project (and kept me on track) and extremely easy to work with.
