They have a great team that come to your home to look after everything from design, additions and renovations and their plumber and electrian are on site which makes scheduling easier and alot more productive. It’s nice to have someone beside you from start to finish and accomplish what you had in mind without being stressed through the process. Menno S. Martin does put people first and we will continue to put them first on our list of things that need to be done.

His carpentry skills were outstanding, and he did beautiful work updating our condo. He was so good at coordinating all the large and small pieces of the large remodel that we undertook. David was always approachable, good-natured, and he cheerfully solved so many of the nagging little problems that arise in a renovation of an older premise. We don't know how we would have managed without him on site every day.

I was often on sight so you would see "the stuff behind the walls" and there were so many little things that they do that other contractors don't, that make the product stronger, better looking, and more durable. They did a number of things to meet upcoming changes in the building code.

To go through an 8 month project of this scale and to be continually amazed at the quality of the workmanship and the people that are doing the work is a strong indication of how it all went. As strange as it sounds it was very odd to come into the house for the first week and not have Scott and Stuart here. Sort of missed them.

It's not just the workers, it is also supervisors and higher ups that make sure you're happy. Satisfaction comes from all levels, from subcontractors to the president of the company. This was my second renovation with Menno and even though certain aspects of the project were difficult, they did a great job. It's like what you imagine, they imagine it with you and they grasp what you want and take it on as if it is their own. It's well worth the money you pay.
