We will be emailing our 60 day list to Meeting Street and I'm sure Carrie will be able to address/fix all the issues.
Problem Resolution: Carrie has been truly remarkable. Every time I have needed to reach out to her for a question, issue or problem, she is on it! She is kind, professional and genuinely cares about her homes and her new homeowners.
Additional Comments: We are so impressed with Carrie. Not only was Carrie knowledgeable about everything we asked regarding the house, she was genuinely helpful everytime we needed her. Carrie truly is the face of Meeting Street for us, because we moved from Wisconsin and had no interaction or knowledge of Meeting Street prior to the day I first walked through the house in early July. Carrie also worked great with our real estate agents, as they had to do the walk through for us. Carrie actually got on the phone/we FaceTimed as she and our real estate agents were in the house. I have had the most interactions with Carrie, as I was here a month before my husband. We both give Carrie 5 stars and we love our home!

Construction Schedule: All items weren't completed by closing, but was completed within a week or so after closing; communication with Austyn was GREAT
Additional Comments: Overall our experience with Austyn, Denise, and John were fantastic. The home is great and they were all extremely responsive and I felt like they all genuinely cared to produce the best product they could. Our biggest issues pertain to not having the home 100% completed by closing, the poor quality in the paint, and the quality of the trim in a couple locations (that we missed in our walkthrough but that the sub cut some corners to complete on the aggressive timeline). That being said, we'd recommend Meeting Street and have already recommended Meeting Street to our friends and family.
