He still says hello when I am out for a walk and asks how we are liking everything. Throughout the process, what my wife and I noticed most about Tim was, he was very proactive. He let us know about a couple things that had already been fixed/ replaced and we didn’t even have to ask. Anything we did ask for was taken care of and we only had to ask once. I’ve talked to other homeowners in other subdivisions in town that had to chase down their supers or had to ask for something several times with nothing getting done the way they want it, so McCall has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Tim McCurdy is very sharp and I would recommend him to anyone.

We had about a million questions and Jay was never annoyed. In fact, each time we spoke to him he seemed incredibly excited for us! He spent time with us showing us different homes and had impeccable knowledge of estimated pricing for upgrades. Any time we had a question about a different home Jay was on top of sending us layouts, etc.
Design Center & Selections: Abby and Taylor are seriously the sweetest, most down-to-earth, kind women!! We are very particular about our style and they listened to every word we said. We live pretty far away and we were able to complete calls over Zoom (so helpful)! When we physically went into the showroom everything was laid out for us to see and selections were fast and easy. You can tell both Abby and Taylor are extremely passionate about their jobs. You can truly tell they are so excited for you as the client and will do all they can to help you make your dreams come true.
Options: I am blown away by how many choices we were able to have for our new home! Anything and everything you could ever want are literally available!
Value: McCall Homes has helped us make our dream of living in Billings, Montana come true! I will never forget the graciousness and welcoming feeling from every single person at McCall Homes. Thank you all so much for treating us like actual family.
Communication: McCall Homes have been SO responsive. I know we’re not their only clients, but they make you feel like you’re their only clients.
Building Concerns: Since everyone was upfront and honest with us about pricing and the process, we had no concerns.

Recognized Excellence: Stephen Fox is truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is built perfectly and that we love our new home. Stephen is so friendly and kind. He Always responds quickly. Even after hours. It’s obvious Stephen cares deeply about every one of his projects and home buyers. His knowledge and experience are very apparent. Jay Deeney is another exceptional guy that is always available and always helpful throughout the entire process. Jay has always been so friendly and accommodating in his responses to our million questions. We are first time home buyers and had no idea about the new construction process. Jay walked us through the whole deal and explained everything so well. Taylor made the interior design selection so easy. We thought it would take way longer, but Taylor’s ideas and helpfulness made it so smooth. She was always quick to respond throughout the process and went above and beyond when we changed the floor plan mid way to make sure we got everything transferred over. Patrick the landscaper is also exceptional. We know nothing about plants. His eye for color and detail is amazing. He is also extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we like our plants and yard. He and his crew are very hard workers and every one of his guys has been super professional.

Communication: Dan kept us up to date every week with what was going on in our house and always responds promptly when we have questions or concerns.
Problem Resolution: Yes! Dan was not happy with the finished landscaping product so he had the landscapers redo our yard. This just proves that McCall takes pride in the finished product and even though we were already in our house, it was still important to him to have our yard completed correctly.
Work Done Right: There were a few issues we encountered but they were resolved promptly!
Areas Of Satisfaction: We love our home and it has been so exciting to go from the design process to watching it be built to actually living it in. We love everything but love that it’s our home. This process felt fast and efficient. We’ve talked to a few other people who are building homes and they have to shop around for their furnishings (cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc) and they started before us and are still not done. We are so grateful that you did so much of the work for us so that we are able to show up to the design study and see everything in person as well as see things in real homes.
