We are not experts or creative in this area and Bill was extremely helpful.
Areas For Improvement: We struggled ever so slightly in the paint/drywall/spackle process. All the tradesmen were pro's in their respective work, i.e tile, plumbing, cabinets etc. but the paint and drywall repair seemed to be done by "generalist", and we struggled slightly in getting walls straight, trimming edges and paint runs. This is my only recommendation for improvement and the only thing that keeps me from giving them a perfect score. To their credit, they did stay committed to the very end and the final product was great.

Product Selections Process: Masterworks did an excellent job of recommending appliances, fixtures, finishes, and designs. They fully explained the advantages of specific items.
Remodeling Concerns: We were concerned about making our Thanksgiving deadline on the first job. Bill assured us he would complete the job on time, and he made it happen.

Bill and I talked at length about how they would prepare and what exactly would be done. I was concerned in general how it would be to live here through the work and Bill and I addressed them one by one.
Additional Comments: I can't say enough good things! They are extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and professional and their quality of work if unsurpassed. Oh yeah, and they are really nice people too!
