We weren't sure how easy it would be to build a home 'long-distance,' but there was no reason to worry -- sales office staff, construction/project manager, work crews, design center staff were all curteous, professional, and talented. We were very pleased with our experience with Logan Homes and love living in this wonderful community!

My husband and I had been living in the Leland area for a year before we decided to build a house. We had spend months visiting several Leland neighborhoods while we closed on our house out of state. We decided on Compass Pointe as we were sold on Logan Homes quality of workmanship. We chose Compass Pointe for two reasons, the resort lifestyle and Logan's building quality. We are totally enjoying our life at Compass Pointe even as we watch it grow into one of Lelands leading developments.
Logan Homes was a pleasure to work with and living 600 miles north was not a problem for us. Each time we visited we were met at the property by one of the Logans, which further eased our worries. Every question and detail were handled professionally and immediately before our departure. We are looking forward to moving into our new home, which was completed ahead of schedule.

You only get the opportunity to make a first impression one time... the entire sales staff we dealt with were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel comfortable, at home, there was no high pressure to buy, and they went above and beyond to make our home buying experience smooth and hassle free. When we had a question, Kc Billings or Stacey Fleming were available to answer us in a timely fashion either by telephone or email and that is the service we expected and received.
We have already referred a couple of our friends to Compass Pointe.

I've had guest at my home that are in the building trades and they were amazed the the quality work and attention to detail.
Steve Himmel was the supervisor in charge of the few warranty repairs for our home. I was surprised at how few were needed being new construction and most were just from settlement of the house after a year. Steve made sure I was satisfied with the completed repairs. The contractors that did the repairs were very courteous and polite and respectful of my home. They did this by removing their shoes before entering my house, doing a great job on a repair and cleaning up after they were done. Steve, as well as the repair people are truly an asset to your organization and should be commended for their outstanding work.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
