Leafguard Indiana did exactly what they said that they would do and their product works. I have one little problem and they have agreed to come out and fix that.
I was very happy with the product. The installers were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. LeafGuard did a great job.
Actual installation. It was quick and done well.
Finished product, color, appearance, functionality.
I am pleased with the job.
All of it.
I was most satisfied with their promptness and professionalism.
There isn't anything that I can think of.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the gutters themselves.
I doubt that you will include my review because it is not a good one so far. My gutters will not keep up with a medium rain fall and overflow washing away mulch and ruining plants. I've been told they will be fixed but I have not seen any results as of yet.
I am happy with the work they did on their second visit. I'm glad that they were willing to do what had to be done and they were determined to do the job right.
LeafGuard Indiana got rid of the gutter helmet which made me very satisfied.
I do not know whos fault it was, it could've been John. He had a measuring wheel to measure the ground for the gutter. When they came with the gutter it was two feet too short. They had to go get another across town. It doesn't change my opinion about LeafGuard Indiana.
I would have to say the quality of the materials.
I liked the recommendation they provided on the color. It matched out house very well, and it complements the shutters My wife is not a home decorator by trade, but she does a very good job of that, and she was very pleased with the color. The gutters look really nice, and to this point they've performed well. I'm looking forward to the fall in not having to get up on the second and third floor and clean out the leaves. I'm anxious to see what happens around that time of year. I'll be watching to see that they do the job. So far, the installation and the color looks great, and John and the installers were very professional.
John was very professional, very nice, and very upfront with everything. He was very prompt. He came on time. He walked us through everything in the house. He was not pushy at all. He recommended a color which we both absolutely love. The installers moved one pipe from where it was originally and they said that it would prevent blockage from some leaves and ice where that had occurred before. They put it in a better position, and they asked if they could do that before they did it because they moved it form the side to the front on an upper level. It doesn't look bad at all, but it is going to be better for the roof. That was a nice recommendation. The two guys that were there doing the installation work were very nice and professional. They did their work and cleaned everything up. They talked about the guarantee and that they take pride in their work and how much they love working for LeafGuard. It's always nice to hear people saying good things about their company.
I just think better in long run to have gutters installed instead of paying someone twice a year to clean them out. I am very satisfied with the appearance of the house and stability of the gutters. You don't have to worry about them coming down in a storm or anything. They are the thickest and best gutters in the market and worth the price.
I called LeafGuard and they responded quickly to my call and answered my questions promptly. John Moeller came out and was very professional and personable. He was easy to talk to and I felt like I had known him my entire life. He was very patient with my payment. My brother was late getting him the money and he was very nice about it and told me he knew I was good for the money which made me feel good. Every step of this purchase was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I know it will increase the property value of my house. I can't be any more pleased.
I am most satisfied with the appearance and the mechanics of the gutters. I am overall satisfied with knowing that they will be here longer than I am.
Here in the Richmond, IN area the weather is unpredictable. Since the installation we have had several days where it sprinkled off and on. There were only two days of significant rainfall, with today being the second day. At this point everything appears to be working fine.
I was impressed by the professionism exhibited from the LeafGuard salesman to the installers. It was amazing to watch the installers as they came across a difficult area and quickly evaluated what to do and completed the installation. The system works as advertised and is worth the cost by itself, not to mention the outstanding warranty that you also get.
I now have a gutter system that works as advertised. The LeafGuard product was the only one piece gutter protection system that was not invasive to the existing roofing shingles our house has, Leaves don't get in and water easily flushes through.
No. From the initial presentaion that John gave, to the actual installation of the product, the staff was professional and efficient.
The instaler pointed out a defect in the structure of my home. Leafguard agreed to come back in one week, after the repair was made and finish the instalation.
love the product
very happy with service and quality
everybody showed up and called when they said they would!
LeafGuard had done the upper gutters for me before, and I finally had them come back to do these. I'm satisfied with everything so far.
I was satisfied with their ability to make things clear. They were answering questions that I had as they started, and they were very polite.
I think that the workmanship of the installers was where I was most satisfied.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
