I think they're extremely professional. Every person to show up has been extremely knowledgeable about the job. The two workmen that came out were great. One gentleman that came out has been with the company a long time. We had some unique things go on, because we covered cedar with siding and a roof, and he just solved a lot of peculiar problems. When you have an experienced employee, rather than a seasonal subcontractor, you get a beautiful job.
Every time we come down the driveway, I break down and smile. We are more than happy with the outcome.

I was very pleased with the installers and thought they did an exceptional job. They fixed my water leakage and I am very satisfied with them. I would recommend them and would hire them again to do it to the rest of the house.
I was just very happy with the way they took in to consideration my budget and worked with me to make sure I was able to get my windows. They worked really hard with me there and I appreciated that. They called me to let me know when they were going to measure. They didn't take long to do the measurement and they were on time for the installation.

Our front window is huge, and it looks wonderful! They explained to us that since we have a huge glass in the middle and two small ones on each side, that the window in the middle must be non-moveable glass. Although, it looks very nice because we can open the drapes and just look out the front, there are no lines in the windows.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
