Ken's high level of experience and his ability to work well with our architect and interior designer allowed him to bring it to life. Communication- Ken is very responsive, very easy to communicate with, and an easy going personality. He maintained a good relationship with us as homeowners, and also with our architect and our interior designer.

Ken is a dream to work with and all of his subs are very cooperative and always attempt to achieve whatever they've been asked to do. Actually, we thoroughly enjoyed the building process.
Additional Comments: As in any long term project we had some problems along the way. What makes the difference is in how those issues are resolved. All issues were handled in a non-confrontational manner, always courteously and with an intent to please on behalf of Ken Garland and his subs. We could not have been happier with the process and, now, could not be happier with our house.
