It was something about John Barnhart that I liked from the first time I talked too him on the phone. I had never met this man before and hadn't heard of him. It was a vibe I guess. When my husband and I sat down and talked too him in person, we knew that he was the one we wanted to build our dream home. He was upfront and honest from the beginning, and by the way our home is built, I know that we made the right choice.

Anytime we had a problem, all we had too do was call Joel or Ross and the problem would be handled in a timely manner. If we felt that we needed John's input, all we had too do was pick up the phone.

Joel and Ross communicated with us in a way that we could understand. We knew very little about building a home except for what we read up on with different web sites, and they helped us understand the building process each step of the way.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience and feel that we have made a new friend.

We've built in the past, and this was definately a lot easier than past construction teams have been. The people that did work were unbelievable, very professional and clean, and they went over and beyond in many areas.
