We had many ideas of what we wanted for our deck, kitchen and bathroom. J Francis was able to sythesize our ideas and make recommendations that we had not even considered for better function and overall better designs.
Professional & Organized: Each day the J Francis team had a task list and managed to it. We were updated on budget and timing throughout the projects. The team was always respectful of start and end times so they didn't impact our family routines.
Schedule: J Francis Co. stuck to the initial schedule as much as they could. We discovered some unforseen issues when digging for foundation and WE added a lot of scope along the way :)
Construction Quality: Every time we entertain we consistently hear "your house is beautiful", "the design and details are gorgeous". J Francis made sure the quality and details were perfect. If there were ever material issues J Francis never hesitated to point it out and offer alternatives or replacement options.
Clean & Safe: Every day I was delighted to come home and see that the areas under construction were clean and organized for the next days work. Tools were always put away and stored.
Likely To Recommend: I recommend J Francis often to friends and collegues.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Their ability and expertise to recommend ideas and options for design consideration was eye opening. We ended up with better design and function because of their expertise.
Additional Comments: The work that J Francis completed for us has completely changed the function of our home. We have a gorgeous chef style kitchen which has made us to enjoy more home cooked meals as a family and entertain friends. Our outdoor living space has been revamped to increase our useable space and enjoy the outdoors as if we were at a resort. Our master bathroom has transformed into a spa with many luxourious details. I always liked our home, but now I love our home! J Francis Co. took the time to understand our vision and make that vision a reality!

Areas Of Satisfaction: Quality of work and professional trust. They did what they said they would. And though that seems simple I have dealt with many contractors who could not prioritize my home among all their other jobs.
Additional Comments: J Francis is a bit on the expensive side but if you don't want to worry about whether your contractor is going to dissapoint you the the money is worth it. My home is part of my family and there is no reason to cut corners when you are dealing with your own home.
