Our installer (34499) was very good. I can't remember her name but she had a new crew, first time installers. If she had not told us, we would have thought they had been together for quite awhile. She was very knowledgable and very much in control. She made the job look very easy and we know it wasn't! She worked very hard and explained everything she was doing to us and her new crew! She is to be commended for a job well done!

You wouldn't want a better group of people in your home. From the salesman, to the man who did the measuring, to the installers. Every one of them is fantastic. They cleaned everything inside and outside. I couldn't get over it all. My wife and I are so pleased with them, and we tell everyone who asks just how fantastic they all are.

We plan on using them again in a couple of years. We will need some doors so we'll probably be giving them a call for that.

Pam Keller was very helpful while she was doing the installation. She gave me tips on how to keep my home well insulated as well as explaining her process to me.

The people that came and did it were very nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions. They did a nice job and cleaned everything up.
