Yes! Lee Page, the Building Superintendent, went above and beyond from start to finish. We can't say enough good things about Mr. Page!
I didn't have any problems with Heritage. They built the house at the time when they said they were going to build it. They installed everything very nicely. It was in a timely manner. They did what they were supposed to do.
I am 100% satisfied. They do everything they say they are going to do. The only problem I had was with a faucet in the kitchen. They are fixing it now. It is a good company to work with and you really do get your money's worth.
We have just built our third home with Heritage Homes, and every time it has been a great experience. They are very customer service-oriented. Everything we ask for they accommodate, and they always exceed our expectations. With Heritage Homes, I always feel that it's not about money, but about making the customer happy.
Thanks for your confidence in Heritage Homes. We are so pleased that you have put your faith in us 3 times. We look forward to serving you, your family and friends in the future.
Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful. We had more contact with Kevin than anybody, and he did an exceptional job.
Before you sign a contract with Heritage Homes, I would look into all the additional costs related to building your home. I would investigate those costs before the contract is signed with Heritage. There are unknowns that Heritage does not inform you about. It is up to the homeowner to find out what those are. They do not assist you or inform you. They say that you are the one that is responsible for finding the hidden costs.
LaShonda, she was helpful through the whole experience.
I can't remember Lee's or Mike's last names, but those guys did excellent, you couldn't have asked for more out of either one of them. Lee Page I believe and Mike Polk.
Kevin from mobile office.
Brian Armstrong, Lassandra, and the "quality control" personnel who inspected the home were all very helpful.
Pretty much everyone we dealt with was exceptional. Kevin went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about him. Lashawnda, Gerard, Larry, and Joe helped us a lot too.
I would like to recognize the receptionist, LaShanda and one of their supervisors, Ron Johnson, he did a great job with us. I would also like to recognize Mr. Clinton, he did an excellent job.
The project manager Lee, and Mike were exceptional.
I was amazed at how quickly the home was built. With the quality of everything they've done, to have it up and ready as quickly as they did was amazing. I would recommend Heritage Homes to anyone. My niece had a home built about ten years ago, and I loved hers, so she was the main reason we went with Heritage. She's had no problems for ten years.
The overall experience was good. All the staff, including the concrete finishers, were good. They were courteous and had great professionalism. The electrician was great as well. I did feel that they were lacking, or fell short on several things. The sheet rock, in the kitchen, it needs to be sanded down a bit. You can see the seams. Also, we have a small problem with our back door. Despite this, I do feel like their character was good. The quailty of their materials was good as well.
I was very happy with the services provided by Heritage Homes.
I would like to recognize our contractor Brian Armstrong for his exceptional work.
I would like to recognize Mr. Lott and LaShawnda for their exceptional service; they were very helpful and understanding.
I would like to recognize Kevin Watley at Heritage Homes for his exceptional service.
At first we were not sure which route to take in building a home. There are many options out there and a lot of positive and negatives with each. Several of my coworkers have a home that was built by Heritage Homes and they all highly recommended their work. My wife and I decided to proceed and let Heritage build us what we hoped would be a quality home and investment for our family. We were very pleased with everything from the friendliness of the staff to the above standard quality of our new home. The decision to let Heritage Homes build our new house was definitely a solid choice. The value and quality of our new home speaks for itself! Thanks for a job well done!!!
Thanks for the kind comment. We have a great team that is dedicated to delivering an affordable house, with exceptional value, superior quality, and unmatched customer service. Our team will be thrilled to hear about this comment!!!
Kevin Whatley. From meeting Kevin at orientation up until our final closing, we feel that Kevin went above and beyond to keep us informed and complete our home in a timely manner. He did a great job of making us feel like we were fully involved in the building of our home. He truly was a pleasure to deal with.
Lee Page, the project manager, did a great job.
We were going to three different home builders, and we selected Heritage Homes not because of the price, because they weren't the most expensive or the cheapest, but because of their selection of materials and the quality of the homes. They look like very high-end homes especially considering the price.
I was very thrilled with brian armstrong. Patty King sent me brochures for almost 2 years before i was ready to by the house and i figured anyone that goes to that extent has to be worth checking it out. That's the primary reason I looked at heritage homes.
All of the staff at Heritage was very helpful to Tom and I during the building of our beautiful Cottage. We would like to express our appreciation to Kevin and Clanton for their untiring efforts in making our dreams come true. Thanks for being there for us every step of the way!

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
