I liked my builder, Ron Johnson, and Clint, the one who did our punchlist and fixed everything.

Mr. Earl was good.
Heritage Homes was wonderful to work with. They are prompt and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time building, and we were nervous, but they made the process easy. They're great people to work with.
Ron was absolutely wonderful. I would also recognize the woman I talked to in the finance office. She went above and beyond, and even helped me pick out colors. I just happened to ask her while I was waiting, and she was wonderful. She does the financial aspect. I believe her name either starts with an "S" or "Z".
Kevin and the other guy were both great.
I do appreciate Frank Lott's taking a personal interest, as much as he has going on. He still has time to take a personal interest in each job.
Frank Lott and Mason Bixler are the ones that I've had the most contact with, and that has been very pleasant.
They did an exceptional job. They made the process very easy. They never avoided me or dismissed my questions. Kevin was good about telling me anything that I needed to know. I was very happy with their professionalism.
I would like to recognize everyone from Joe, in the office, to Larry and Kevin. They were all wonderful.
My husband and I are quite pleased with our new home. Heritage Homes is a wonderful company with whom to work. They have built a beautiful home, and we love the appearance. We look forward to many enjoyable years living there. We love the design, and interior layout of the house. They did an excellent job, and it has great curb appeal. We are very satisfied with our home. Heritage has done a exceptional job.
I would like to recognize Mason Bixler. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and friendly. He resolved all problems, and answered questions quickly. He was expedient in addressing our concerns.
Heritage did an excellent job of designing the home like we wanted, building it exceptionally strong and finishing it very well and very fast. We got much more for our money from Heritage than any of the other builders we talked with.
Tim Lovvorn for making sure everything was right from laying out the home on the site, to finishing the last details at closing, and Joe Houk for listening to our desires and finding a way to draw our plans to get us exactly what we wanted.
Lee Paige, was excepional and made the process easy and seamless. We have had two other custom builders build for us, We find the house and service provided by Lee Paige and Heritage Homes to surpass our experience with both custom builders.
The home started out moving fast but slowed toward the end. Overall time to completion was good. The speed of construction resulted in some less than adequate workmanship. I have already had carpet pulled up in my bedroom and bath closet due to a leaking shower. I can see daylight around my exterior doors due to the margins being to wide and the door is not making contact with the seal. Not good for energy efficiency. Garage door leaks terribly. Exterior faucets are not where they were indicated to be put on the plans. We were left with over 700 lbs of construction waste in our garage that we had to dispose of because they only bring one dumpster. We knew this up front and were okay with it until Earl tore the sidewalk off the back of the model and hauled it to our house and put it in our dumpster taking up much needed space. Therefore we had to pay to dispose of this waste ourselves at the landfill so heritage could dispose of their concrete in our dumpster. Doesnt seem fair to me. Quality control is lacking as all problems with home during construction had to be pointed out by me. No one from heritage ever pointed out any of the problems. (Wrong bathroom cabinets, misaligned kitchen cabinets, AC infront of water spigot just to name a few) This doesnt include antything thats was on the punch list. The tile guy had to replace the freezer door on our new stainless steel fridge after getting muriatic acid on it while cleaning the tile. The acid caused black spots and rust on the door. Tile should have been cleaned after installation when no appliances were in the home. Not during the punch out phase. (He waited until the day we were going to move in to clean the tile even though it had been on the punch list for three weeks.) For someone who contemplated building again for 6 years before doing it I must say I am dissapointed.
I'm very pleased with my home and I'm loving it more and more.
My project manager, Kevin, provided exceptional service as well as LaShonda.
I would like to recognize Lee Page.
I'd like to recognize the salesperson Michael and the builder Lee Page.
I want you all to tell Kevin that I appreciate the job he did for us, he was wonderful to work with and I was happy with the project in all areas really.
Lee was exceptional.
Once the construction began, Mr. Armstrong scheduled the subcontractors in a timely manner. We appreciate his hard work and dedication. Furthermore, we sincerely appreciate the staff at Heritage Homes.
I think Heritage Homes is a good company to build your home. They really are professional, and try to get you what you want in your home. They work with you to make you happy.
Heritage Homes did a good job. I would recommend them to others, and we are pleased with what we got. It was a good value.
It is the best value for your money and they build a great home. They were helpful in doing everything along the way and let us know when we needed to step and do something.
Our supervisor, Kevin, and the electricians were good. The flooring guys were good too.
Ron, LeShawna, and Joe were excellent.
The whole staff at Heritage Homes are wonderful. From Mr Joe helping us with our plans,to Lashonda helping us close. Things could not have gone better. Everything was in a timely manner. We had a few "hangups" before we were able to actually start building. They were more than helpful and patient while we straightened things out. The house is beautiful. Everyone that sees it is is awe! We live "in the woods" which is in a way a shame because the house is so beautiful that its hidden back here where no one but friends and family can see it. They did an awesome job on our home! It is perfect! Thank you Heritage Homes!!!!!!!
our builder,Kevin, was an outstanding person. He was always there if we needed something or had a question,or problem. Lashonda Joiner was exceptional with helping with our paperwork. She even gave her opinion when asked at the model home office while we were picking our colors. She is very professional. Clanton was a joy to communicate with during a few walk throughs. He explained things and answered questions. All the guys that worked on the house from the foundation to the last step was very courteous. Great group of guys. The cabinet guy,I dont know his name, but he was awesome!! My wife happened to be outside getting well water hooked up when he was finishing up the cabinets and asked if she could come inside.Once inside he asked if she saw any problems or wanting anything fixed. He was very helpful in the color he used for cabinets and even gave my wife a piece of wood to go have paint matched for painting when during their talk she mentioned she wanted to paint different areas that color. He was a very nice man!
Lee Page and Mike provided exceptional service.
