The ease and organization of the whole project. Everything was explained and designed before we started. We left for the summer, trusting that everything would be great and It was!!!! We returned to an awesome addition to our home and lania area.

Supervision, attention to detail. There was lots of activity everyday on our home. Preston Brown was fantastic- was on top of every aspect. Excellent subs - especially the Trim, Tile, Stucco and Roofing companies. It was a very large and complex home completed in 18 months with almost no punch list and almost two years later - there are almost no problems.

We remodeled our new home and we were not on sight or even in the area. Harwick could be trusted to make solid decisions, communicate effectively with us and to take care and extend courtesy to our already existing structure and posessions. We had no concerns about completing the project from our home in Wisconsin, as Harwick was so trustworthy and professional.

Mark, Kathy & Preston have made our "Dream Home" a reality! I was so concerned that building a custom home from 1100 miles away would be a nightmare. It was the exact opposite! They guided us carefully through each step of the project, helped us stay within our budget, solved any issues that came up (very few:), and were a joy to work with! We love our new home & have already recommended HH to several neighbors. This has been a delightful experience & our new home is a showplace! We can't wait to have our friends & family come to visit - they may never leave!

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
