Value: I received a fair value for my money, however everybody wants it cheaper.

Communication: Communication was exceptional. I had responses to texts and phone calls within minutes. They never ignored my calls or questions. Even deeper email inquiries received replies within a day.
Expertise: There was never a question they couldn't answer, a problem they couldn't solve or a solution they couldn't make happen. They knew who to contact to get the work done right.
Professional & Organized: You can't find a better organization for builds and remodels. They handle everything under their one umbrella, and they hire only the best at their trade. They have well-oiled routines and procedures and know how to respond to any circumstance. They treat customers with respect and understand the anxiety that customers have when turning over their money and home to strangers - trusting they will do a good job.
Quality Of Workmanship: Craftmanship is top rate. As I mentioned, Harth hires only the best in their trade. From their designers to the installers, even a shower door is a work of art. You don't just get a sink in a cabinet; you get a room with ambiance and personality. Everything looks and feels custom made by professionals.
Problem Resolution: Problems arise in every project, it's a given. Harth knows how to react to a problem and find a solution. They don't let a problem derail the project, they work through it by bringing in colleagues to collaborate and think outside the box. There is always a solution and they will find the one that fits like it was part of the plan.
Clean & Safe: We had protective flooring from beginning to end. They covered anything that could get dirty or damaged and always treated our home as it if were their own.
Employees & Subcontractors: As I mentioned, they only hire the best of the best
Trust: The best part about Harth is that you never had to doubt the final work. Even if something didn't work right the first time, they would make it right. They never sold you something you didn't need. You could trust that they were doing what was right for you and the project. It was going to be fabulous, and it was going to stand the test of time.
Work Done Right: We did have one problem along the way. Pieces were installed that had not been noted to be cut down in size. It was obvious by the end of the day that it was not right and couldn't stay the way it was. The team may have had to face this issue, but I still gave them 4 stars because they made it right! Even though it meant ripping some things out and reordering pieces, they got it on right away. We had to make a couple adjustments and concessions, but they made it work and made it to my satisfaction.
Value: Harth is not cheap. Because they hire a team of only the best, you pay for the best. And since a project is a project, you are always going to run into problems and delays. And sometimes you have to monitor the work yourself. So paying that premium price sometimes feels like it was overpriced. What you are paying for is peace of mind and knowing that it will be right and it will stay right for many years to come.
Additional Comments: Shout out to Chris Hutchman, Dayna Lauser, Anna Bush and Jim Palermo. Their service and dedication to the project was exemplary. Their kindness, ability to laugh and to put up with me was commendable. They made it a pleasure.

Harth's expertise in helping to acquire accurate measurement for obstructed material to be replaced and in installing the replacement pieces fabricated to those measurements by a third party were exemplary. No real project management was required, but because of the accuracy of our measurements the installation only required one day instead of the expected two - saving money while achieving excellent results.
Problem Resolution: Irregular stone wall profile required some unexpected shaping of the rear of replacement sill apron onsite during installation. Harth carpenters adapted in stride.
Creative Solution: Not really applicable for design; but creative and sound adaptations during installation into 1934 window openings were impressive.

Better Service: I think it would be really good if there was a designated day when the project leader actually went over how everything works with you like actually shows you how the dishwasher works. Shows you how the washer and dryer work …I’ve had a little bit of trouble, figuring out how to work the washer and dryer, I was provided with all of the instruction manuals, but I think just a once over to familiarize you with your new products would be helpful. I realize that’s additional time but I personally think that that would be kind of helpful.
Change Anything: I really don’t think I would’ve changed everything. I’m just thrilled with the final result.

Client For Life: Harth would definitely be the first place we would start to look when home repairs and/or renovation is needed.
Additional Comments: The remaining projects for our home are smaller scale, and we would likely be inquiring with Harth Home Services for them. Keeping costs competitive with other quality contractors would ensure that we continue choosing Harth for this work.

Selection Process: Suzanne Zukowski provided excellent guidance through the selection of all the pieces needed for my project
Final Design: Tyler Gilbert understood what my finished project needed to be and planned it perfectly
Creative Solution: On several occasions the team needed to find solutions to unexpected issues and did it perfectly
