Harmony was a wonderful instructor, walking me through the entire process over the phone before Chris even came out to give me a quote. That was so very helpful! Their crews ( carpenter, siding, painters) were wonderful!, helping replace a quirky-sized ancient patio/French door, window oldings and trims, and making my 25 year old house look positively new again! Plus, with the new concrete siding, I will be worry-free for many years to come!

At the risk of sounding overly effusive, I can only say that this company is simply the best. We were so nervous about finding a contractor due to past bad experiences but Harmony and Chris showed up and instantly put us at ease with their professionalism, honesty, kindness and courtesy. We had 5 different estimates and HP's was the best and their estimate was incredibly detailed. One of the best aspects of this company is the top notch customer service. We were informed daily on the progress of the repair and when we ran into extra repair work (our chimney was heavily damaged) we were given a price that was extremely reasonable. We are admittedly clueless when it comes to what colors look good together so Harmony sent us pictures of previous projects and helped us pick out colors. The work crews were fantastic and really respected our property. Most importantly, the new siding, windows, door and paint looks amazing- we can't stop looking at the house! One of the most impressive things was the personal touch we received. We have two small boys who were very interested in the whole process and during the window installation Chris would actually stop and show the boys what he was doing. Harmony even took the time to play with my boys and they were just crazy about her! Also, unlike some companies, the customer service doesn't end when the check is cashed. We know that if something happens in the future and we need to contact HP Exteriors, they will call us back immediately and will be out at the house the next day. You cannot go wrong by choosing this company, you will be so glad you did. You made us so happy, thanks HP!
HP has a very personal touch and a very "treat others as you would like to be treated" philosophy. We appreciated the professionalism in the first consultation, and the constant contact we received during the time the work crews were here. If there was a delay due to weather, we knew about it. If an item was going to be delivered, it arrived early. We have two small children who were fascinated by the whole process and Chris and Harmony were so kind to them- explaning what was going on and even taking a moment to play with them. We are pleased to see that the customer service doesn't end when the check is cashed.
The attention to detail and safety was excellent. Our landscaping leads a lot to be desired but the work crew treated the yard and house as if the yard was a showplace.

One thing that really impressed us was the fact that Chris and Harmony recommended things that would be appropriate for our house and didn't try to upsell us anything- they even told us that a few things weren't needed for our house, which really made us trust them.
The HP team were on time in the morning.and went straight to work, generally kept the place clean. The supervisor in charge was good at answering any questions and taking care of any last minute requests. All in all they did a fine job and the original schedule was pretty followed.
HP Exteriors has replaced both the windows and the siding on my house. The work performed was first class and they have been great on following up to make sure everything is good. When I have had minor issues after the fact - they quickly addressed it. The siding work they did to my house has been professionally reviewed and the feedback was "this is one of the best jobs I have ever seen and I have seen a lot and I am very picky". I always get multiple estimates - theirs is always competitive but not the cheapest. Compared to the quality of the work, they are by far the best option for both windows and siding.

Harmony communicated to status with us daily including the plans for the following day. Most contractors used do not and you never know when they are coming by and when the project will be finished!
We were completely satisfied with HP Exteriors. We had all our siding replaced and all our windows replaced. From the first phone call to the last they far exceeded our expectations. The job they did was fantastic. If a problem arose, they were quick to correct it. Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
