Having had a remodel previously, I can say, without a doubt, this was a great experience. Everyone was professional and communicated clearly, from initial inquiry to design, to the building stage, and final walk through. I have dogs which was probably not super easy to work around, but Jonathan did a great job of cleaning everything up at the end of the day for their safety. Electrician was great, too, sorry I forgot your name! It’s comforting to know everything is now up to code and risk of poor electrical work before is a non issue now. I’m very impressed and will be back for more!

I knew the timelines from the outset and they really didn't deviate except by a day or two. We were able to work around holidays, etc. All the supplies and equipment were in place on the days they needed them. I was very impressed by their professionalism throughout.
Budget: The budget was spot on! I have heard horror stories from others about costs running over, etc. but that was absolutely not an issue with Foster. In fact, I made some last minute changes on a few things that resulted in being credited back some money which I was then able to apply to some upgrades. They are very transparent, fair, and easy to work with on the budget.
Additional Comments: I was nervous going in to the project because I had never done anything like that before. Fosters was exceptionally helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable and I trusted them to make it call come together! I am very happy with the final product.

Every aspect of the project from our initial meeting with our Design Consultant, to the final inspection was executed in an outstanding manner. We have been completely amazed and very appreciative of the Foster planning and construction process. If we had known how easy and organized our remodeling would be, we would not have delayed our remodeling project for several years. After having researched several remodeling companies, we selected Foster Remodeling Solutions based on their reputation, industry awards, client reviews, and most importantly, their five-year workmanship warranty. They were not the least expensive company, but they were the best in terms of reputation, quality and value. In selecting Foster Remodeling Solutions, we became aware of the unmatched reputation of Marco, a Lead Carpenter, and we elected to delay the start of our project pending his availability. We were not disappointed! Marco, as assisted by Jairo, provided world class craftsmanship from the very first day of the project to the final inspection. Our renovation project was extensive. It included removal of the existing kitchen/bath cabinets, countertops, appliances, drywall, insulation, electrical wiring and bathroom flooring. Marco and Jairo executed in expert fashion every action in the installation of new drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and bathroom flooring. Doug, the Lead Electrician, assisted with the installation of new electrical wiring, switches and lighting fixtures. Marco and his team arrived exactly at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, without exception. They were extremely detailed and meticulous in their work, and ensured that the entire project work area was completely cleaned at the end of each day. The remodeling process was seamless from beginning to end. In addition to their superb craftsmanship, we had complete peace of mind knowing all work was performed in an expert manner. Our Project Manager, Lee, visited often and ensured that my wife and I were pleased with every aspect of our project’s progression. Following the project’s completion, we were visited by David Foster for a final inspection. David carefully reviewed every square inch of the renovation in order to potentially identify any project discrepancies. Based on the outstanding craftsmanship of Marco and his crew, David Foster’s inspection identified zero discrepancies. Renovating a kitchen and bath as extensively as we did can be an overwhelming prospect. However, the team at Foster Remodeling Solutions made the process as painless as possible. We are 100% pleased with our new kitchen and bath. Foster Remodeling Solutions has earned our highest recommendation. Value Received: Of course we all would like things to be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. We spent more then expected, but got way over what we expected in products and services!
Review: Foster remodeling is super thorough. They leave nothing to chance. They go everything before they start the job, make sure you know what will be happening and when and have all the products before the job starts so they are no delays due to products not being received. We had a 6-week renovation and it was less stressful than a one-day reno by another company. We did a complete gut job of our kitchen and they even had to jackhammer the floor. They cleaned up every day and were at the job site on time every day. We will use them again and I have already recommended them to numerous people.
