Expertise: Unlike some other residential contractors, Penn Contractors has expertise that goes above and beyond residential projects. In particular, the lead supervisor, Shawn, had a wide range of expertise in commercial construction that he applied to our project. for example, the ceiling soffit was framed in metal studs which not only lightened the load on the existing joists but also created a very level, uniform soffit. Additionally Shawn had an expertise working with the commercial-grade lighting fixtures we selected.
Schedule: In general, yes, the agreed-upon schedule was adhered to. Penn Contractors worked diligently through some difficult supply chain issues.
Communication: EXCELLENT! Phone calls were returned. Emails were responded to promptly. And questions in the field were answered.
Employees Professionalism: At at all times, we felt comfortable and safe having Penn Contractors working in our home. They were very professional and courteous.
Subcontractors Professionalism: Penn Contractors have an excellent group of subcontractors working for them.
