Likelihood To Hire Again: They've been great for us. We use them a lot or our projects and consulting. They go the extra mile and I trust the information I am provided by them.
Product Selections Process: We have certain expectations for our shopping center, so I go in knowing what we need for the particular project. However, I do defer to their expertise when they make suggestions that are in line with what we need.
Why 1: For us, it is a combination. We are over shopping centers, so we have investors that we have to consider when doing work on our centers. This means price is a huge factor for us, then the quality of the install and the materials would be next.
Areas Of Satisfaction: For the most part, I think that the communication is really good with them. Before they begin a job, they are great at interfacing with our tenants to be sure the work is not too disruptive to their business.
Recognized Excellence: Todd and Dan are both great. Dan worked under Toff and was with us on site and did an excellent job.
Current Referrals: I do not know any other shopping centers in need of work at this time, but I do recommend them when asked about these types of projects.

Additional Comments: The entire process was very pleasant. We are a smaller establishment but that didn't stop Highland from taking us seriously. They are very professional and flexible to meet our needs. Jason Colburn, who was my point of contact once work started, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I am afraid of heights and really struggled to go up the roof the inspect the result, but Jason was kind enough to "coach" me through the process. If I could pick another Highland specialist to work with I'd choose Jason and his crews. 10/10 would go to Highland again for service if I ever have the need. If Highland started residential roofing service I'd be the first ones in line if I ever had residential roofing needs too. Can not say enough about how professional this company is. If you are ever in between Highland and somebody else, choose Highland. They really understand the business and would actually be the better choice. Highland is the BEST!
