Also, Synergy changed out geothermal filters prior to move in to reduce particles and create better airflow following construction.
Dust & Dirt Control: Site was regularly cleaned to reduce clutter and maintain a safe work environment.
Homeowner's Orientation: A little rushed but overall thorough. There’s much to go over in a custom home and perhaps this could be broken into components on different days.
Salesperson Accessibility: Jenn And Laura were always a pleasure to work with whenever needed.
Work Done Right: The attention to detail is by far the best I have seen in this industry. This was our second home build and first from Jimmy Nash ... no comparison.
Expertise: More often than not, I met Jimmy on site to go over details and he would offer constructive ideas that would better the outcome of the build.
Professional & Organized: Using the Co-Construct App was a blessing throughout the process.
Construction Quality: From the framers to the finish carpenters, the home was well built and beautiful. We especially love the trim work, floors from Rodgers Flooring, Kitchen Concepts cabinetry ... and on and on.
Problem Resolution: Jimmy corrected any matter quickly and agreeably to our satisfaction ... and there were a couple along the way to address.
Employees & Subcontractors: Teamwork and workmanship go hand in hand with his entire team.
Smooth Closing: Being the Buyer, we chose the closing atty and our own lender so everything went according to plan.
Sales Follow Up: Jenn and Laura passed along a “goody bag” from Jimmy Nash Homes including several tools and other items needed for a new move in ... nice touch!
Additional Comments: Jimmy was highly professional throughout the process and I’d recommend anyone looking for a custom home to check around ... and then get with Jimmy to see the complete package and reason you should build with Nash.

Current Referrals: I don't but I always praise the Nash team. If we ever move to another home in Lexington, it will be a Nash built home!

I have never lived in a house where the utilities were so low, because the houses are built so tight. So someone can afford a bigger home, because the utilities will run you so low!

Additional Comments: We have lived in 7 new build homes, 5 of which we worked with the builder from scratch and this experience was by far the best. We have not lived in a home that was built with this level of quality before. We have had little to know issues with our home and are very satisfied and would recommend Jimmy Nash Homes to anyone. They are the best in Lexington!

Schedule: They adhered to the scedule, and finished the home early.
Punchlist: JP really worked hard to get the punch list finished. He kept on top of the contracters.
Additional Comments: Jp was wonderful and always kept us in the loop on what was going on. He is one that is a great multitasker! The carpenter is beyond wonderful. He reperesents why Jimmy Nash homes are so beautiful. We would have to say that JP really made helped to make the building process smooth. We love our lights from Brechers lighting and would recommend to future customers to put more int their budget for lighting. We did not realize how much the correct lighting can add to the look of our home.We very much appreciate the book given to us at closing on the warrentys and the manuals for our appliances. It is nice to have it all organized in a binder. Really the icing on the cake!We rate this as the best building experience we have had!

He made designing and picking the options for our new home a great experience. He also made suggestions that I would never have thought of that greatly enhanced the flow of our house. Heather - Her work helped to change and enlarge a standard floor plan and make it something truly special and uniquely ours. Jennifer - So incredibly helpful. Without her organizational skills we would never have gotten the house built. I don't know how she keeps up with all the paperwork! She is a jewel. JP - This guy is amazing. So professional, friendly & organized. He must keep 100 balls in the air at all times and never drops a one.
Schedule: Our home was completed ahead of schedule, in part to meet our personal needs. I feel the team cared about us a people not just as customers.
Construction Quality: The qualitfy of materials and craftmenship of our new home is outstanding. Jimmy Nash lives up to their advertising.... the extras really are standard.
