Employees & Subcontractors: I feel very confident leaving the house with Craig Lord's carpenters in charge. They are extremely courteous, clean, professional and trustworthy. Most of the subs have worked with Craig Lord for many years and are very familiar with each other's process and are very courteous and professional.
Lead Carpenter: Gary, our lead carpenter, took care of everything!!! I cannot emphasize how easy this makes the process. He coordinates all subs, solves problems, makes sure all aspects of the reno run smoothly and keeps a knowledgeable eye on things to make sure it is done correctly the first time. He also has really good ideas! And he listens.

It was large and complicated in scope and he handled every aspect perfectly. Having a lead carpenter to coordinate vendors and subs is a wonderful business model. I wish all contractors conducted their business this way.
Lead Source: R. Craig Lord Construction has a reputation around town for doing great work while being professional and trustworthy. We always admired a kitchen they did for our friends and these reasons contributed mightily to our decision to employ them.
Recognized Excellence: Everyone at Craig Lord is a consummate professional but I have to give special recognition to Gary, our lead carpenter who is one of the most capable people I've ever worked with. He goes above and beyond to keep the project moving along and his talent, knowledge and experience have resulted in a beautiful and practical renovation. He never forgets a single detail, his follow up is flawless and his suggestions are well thought out and are always spot on. Not many people can say a home renovation project was fun but he made it so! I look forward to working with him on our next project.I'd also like to recognize Sang for all his hard work and talent as a carpenter. It's obvious he likes to do things the right way and he was a great asset to our project.
