Decision To Buy: I immediately fell in love with the architecture and the interior design of all the models but for me the answer was the PALAZZO! I absolutely love the courtyard concept with it's privacy and all living spaces facing the courtyard...reminiscent of the atrium in a Joseph Eichler Design. With the help of the HECM the home became an affordable option for me; and being a widow, I feel very comfortable in a community with like-minded folks, especially knowing we are all mostly the same age group and can discuss experiences in our lives that a younger generation has yet to live thru.

Bill ensured corrections were made, very professional and thorough. For most part building has been a very pleasurable experience, with a few ups and downs.
