Boothe, and Waltior for their exceptional services. Angela is wonderful at keeping the client up to date on anything related to their project. She did all of the scheduling and coordinating. She is a great contact between the client and the company. Tommy is the field supervisor and he does a great job every time. Tommy is great with the follow up and ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied with the work performed T.C. stepped in for John Powell and he is doing a great job as well. The man who installed my doors did an excellent job. The man who replaced my gutters also did an excellent job. Waltior was the crew leader for the siding and he did a great job not only doing the work but being a good leader for his men.
Additional Comments: DuraCraft is a good contracting company that provides quality work. They are reliable and very customer satisfaction oriented. I was very pleased with the entire experience working with DuraCraft and all of the people involved. Siding and gutters are their strengths but they will correct anything you are not completely satisfied with.

They knocked it out so fast, and they were so professional about it and so clean. I was so surprised. I had very low expectations because of my previous experience with a contractor.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Everything was surprisingly smooth. I was very impressed with how smoothly it went. When you have something that big going on, you're thinking about how everything could go wrong, but the guys took care of it. When I got home from work it was all done and it looked great.

I was impressed with the materials they used to sell me Duracraft.
Future Needs: I have some other projects on my list. I'll definitely be calling Duracraft.
Additional Comments: I had a lot of companies come by to give me quotes, and people would say they could get it done for $1,500. But some of these people were fly-by-night. I appreciate the fact that Duracraft is sticking with the quality of their workmanship and not going down to bargain basement rates just to get work. One of my neighbors had work done with them several years ago, and that played a big part in my choosing Duracraft.

They were pro-activite in their work, if something needed to be fixed or changed outside the scope of work they took care of it. If I asked them to change someting that was completed, they did it with out question, and even came up with a better solution.\I was very impressed with these guys and would request this team when I have additional projects.
