We moved to Hendersonville because we were unable to find smaller homes in nice areas and at a reasonable price in South Nashville where we have lived for 25+ years. Punchlist: Philip and the the staff that conducted my walk through did an outstanding job. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and they made a sometimes tense situation very comfortable and easy. Even if there were items that I did not see that needed to be repaired, etc...they pointed them out and took care of it. Every response was "yes mam, we will take care of it" and they did. Philip was very professional and his follow through was great. Thanks!
Recommend Builder: Absolutely...as stated above, this was by far the smoothest and most customer oriented builder that I have worked with...and I have heard feedback from friends, etc who have used other builders and had some horrible experiences. I will recommend Southeastern hands down to others
