We are very pleased with the remodel, not only on the main floor, but the basement as well. It's like having a new house.

We would have selected a wood floor from the beginning if we had known of the problems involved in installing a laminate floor.

Adam did a very good job overall. We were pleased with his efforts to keep things on track and going out of his way to make sure things were taken care of.

Overall the project went very well. I was only displeased with the kitchen cabinet vendor.

The paint color I picked, lol.

Really don't like the stove vent. It seems cheap and noisy.

Sink drains that were installed were not adequate and I believe Adam should not have needed us to identify this problem. Colors did not match, and quality seemed cheap.

That's a good question. The one thing I can think of is that when it comes to controlling dust and clean-up they probably could have been more organized in preparing the customer and the work. That's about it. They really did a good job.

We were really pleased with the house. I was concerned about our furniture being moved into the POD without professional movers, but they told me that it would be fine. Well, my furniture did end up with scratches on it. Amy was fabulous. When we had a problem and presented it to Bob, he was all over it. He responded to our problems right away. Overall, we love the house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We wanted to thank Ron and ABD for all the rescheduling that had to happen due to the delay in our appliances and cabinets furnished by Golden Aspen Design. ABD was right on schedule for things within their control.

ABD delivers an outstanding product in terms of the quality of their work, their expertise and their ability to stay on schedule.

Adam gets very high marks. If we come back for more work, for example a bathroom in a couple of years, if we had one reason for coming back, it would be Adam. Not to say that that's the only reason. It's just that at the end of the day, Adam did above and beyond what we could expect.
