Recognized Excellence: Randi was exceptionally helpful. She really helped us create the look we were trying to achieve and found great materials. She also went above and beyond in helping us choose paint colors.
Additional Comments: I feel like things went better when Steve was more available. When he was not able to provide as much attention to our project (covering for other staff that was on medical leave or working on another job), a lot of rework was required. We were also disappointed that Tom was not more involved in our project. He was one of the main reasons that we selected Case as our remodeler. However, after design was complete, we did not have any interaction with Tom.Overall, we love our new bathroom and it looks great. Case did go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product.

Recognized Excellence: Randolph was just delightful to work with! She was so patient, gave me great suggestions and ideas, knew when to lead me down a path and when to let me wander off the path, and found solutions to address my concerns. She gave her opinion when I asked, but in a way that I was comfortable making a different choice. Jennifer always responded promptly to phone messages, voice mails, and emails. She was the one that got my calls when I was frustrated and upset (and sometimes frightened) because I had come home to an unlocked door, found a once perfectly good toilet broken in the dumpster, windows I couldn't reach, or the painters had shown up unexpectedly to destroy my only working bathroom. She ALWAYS responded promptly, calmly, with the utmost professionalism -- and she worked until she found a workable solution. I appreciate how hard she worked and how much she wants customers to have a good experience.

Paul went above and beyond when a plumbing issue occurred and he contacted Case for me. Brian was first to respond even though it was after hours and mins later Steve arrived. They were all awesome. Tom Coen is great and his staff is too. One always hears of contractor nightmares, but our experience was the opposite. We'd highly recommend Case to anyone needing work done.
Additional Comments: In addition to the professional work ethic, Tom Coen also went one step further by calling me after I had a hip replacement to see how I was doing. How many contractors would do that? We literally had no complaints.

The extra cost seems to be balanced by the 'no-hassle', higher quality subcontractors they use. I don't feel like I have to monitor every move that their subs make and if there is a problem, Case will make it right. I guess this makes them worth the extra cost for me.
Recognized Excellence: I found Bryan Allie to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. He answered all my building questions, even ones that weren't directly related to my project.Jennifer was extremely responsive to my issues during the project with a 'customer first' attitude.

And finally, we could not have done this job if it were not for Brian Allie. He was fabulous! His suggestions and "can do" attitude made this 2 month project doable. When all the work was completed, the 2 bathrooms and great room looked just like or even better than I had pictured them in my head. I have already recommended Case to several of my friends.
Additional Comments: Finally, we have a found a company that says what it is going to do and does what they say. We have spent a lot of time and money on worthless individuals and companies who don't care whether or how they complete a job. Most of them just lie about what they are going to do. It's nice to find an honest company who has the expertise to do any kind of home renovation.
