Overall experience was great. I will be contacting them again for another bathroom project that we will be doing soon. Tom Coan and his staff as well as all of the sub-contractors were very professional, efficient and eager to please.

My experience in dealing with Case Design/Remodeling of Birmingham was completely understanding of my needs and their organization was phenomenal. I will be using them again in another project that I will have.
Everyone we dealt with was professional - Steve, Brian, Randolph, Paul (plumbing) and Carol (Paint). Paul went above and beyond when a plumbing issue occurred and he contacted Case for me. Brian was first to respond even though it was after hours and mins later Steve arrived. They were all awesome. Tom Coen is great and his staff is too. One always hears of contractor nightmares, but our experience was the opposite. We'd highly recommend Case to anyone needing work done.
All i can say is that they really do excellent work. They provide excellent expertise and their recommendations were good. We were very pleased with the work that was done. All of the contractors were courteous and nice and that meant a lot. We were very pleased. The contractors made me feel comfortable having them in my home when I wasn't there which meant a lot to us. We would certainly use them again in the future if we had to.
Case did a total kitchen remodel for us, tearing out everything down to the drywall and subfloor and starting over. They gave us a schedule at the beginning of the job and finished right on time, in one month. Everyone was accessible by email or phone any time we had a question. The kitchen looks great and we have had no issues at all. We highly recommend Case; all personnel were friendly, professional, and competent.
Finally, after being disappointed with several other conractors on projects to update our home, we found Case Design/Remodeling to be not only trustworthy but also completed our new bathroom with quality work. We are very pleased with the finished project and will be sure to call on them for any future work. We have already highly recommended them to our friends.
Steve did a good job of managing the project. There is a gal that helped my wife with the fixtures, her name was Randolph. She worked well with my wife on the fixtures an had a lot of good ideas.
Brian Allie. He was professional, knowledgable, very easy to work with, and has an outstanding memory. And thanks to Randolph Hite for her input in choosing materials.
I would recognize Randolf, Steve, and Tom. They were all really good.
Never heard of any remodeling being this good an experience.
They all did a very good job.Brian very easy to work with.new exactly what to do.Followed up on anything he said.
Jimmie and the project manager, Brian...job well done.
Steve was great to work with and of the subs, again, Ricky and his crew were exceptional.
Ricky and his crew did a great job and were very considerate.
We love our new bathroom.
I found Bryan Allie to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. He answered all my building questions, even ones that weren't directly related to my project.Jennifer was extremely responsive to my issues during the project with a 'customer first' attitude.
Case always seems to be in the high range of extimates for my projects. The extra cost seems to be balanced by the 'no-hassle', higher quality subcontractors they use. I don't feel like I have to monitor every move that their subs make and if there is a problem, Case will make it right. I guess this makes them worth the extra cost for me.
We'll definitely use them again in the future.
Everyone did great but Randolf, Jimmie, and Brian all did especially fantastic jobs.
Finally, we have a found a company that says what it is going to do and does what they say. We have spent a lot of time and money on worthless individuals and companies who don't care whether or how they complete a job. Most of them just lie about what they are going to do. It's nice to find an honest company who has the expertise to do any kind of home renovation.
While everyone was very helpful and I really appreciated Randolph's expertise in designing the tilework for our bathrooms; Eddie the "tile guy" was awesome. And finally, we could not have done this job if it were not for Brian Allie. He was fabulous! His suggestions and "can do" attitude made this 2 month project doable. When all the work was completed, the 2 bathrooms and great room looked just like or even better than I had pictured them in my head. I have already recommended Case to several of my friends.
I really enjoyed working with Steve. Did a very good job and I always enjoyed chatting with him.
I was very pleased.
I thought that everyone I dealt with I was all equally impressed with. The were all very professional and were very timely. No one jumped out as being better than another. They were all very professional.
I appreciated that Jimmie and Steve were accessible. Steve kept us informed every step of the way so we were never unpleasantly surprised. He also had some great suggestions that gave the project a better outcome.
I would be a good reference because we are very satisfied and happy.
Mike Sirels, very good and professional, just really outstanding.
They all did a good job.
I was surprised how hard everyone seemed to try to get everything right.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
