Overall, the process has been great and much easier than I expected. Quality of the materials seems to be high and the options in the design studio are beautiful. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful. We are excited to move into our house soon!

The Design Studio I cannot praise enough. It is very essential to have all options available to see, in order to decide which suits you best. It is well thought out, and laid out. Janet is a sweetheart, and was EXTREMELY helpful, efficient, and gave us loads of great advice.

Jade Rosetti did a FANTASTIC job helping us design our new home. We had so much fun and she was very helpful in helping us decide on some of the major designs of the house. She gave us great suggestions and tips on driving to other JBH neighborhoods to help pick out the brick and exterior design of the house.

Cindy has been great throughout this process. Her initial handling of our issues led us to a decision to build with Jeff Benton in a very short time. In fact, I took longer to decide on my last car than I did for this home and Cindy had a great deal to do with making this an easy decision.

I was most satisfied with how they met my expectations. This is the first new house that I've owned. I didn't expect their high level of customer service.

The walk-through. The discussion of how things work and where I could go to get information about the paints and the appliances, it was awesome.

My nephew-in-law is a custom home builder in that area, and I said "Nope, going to Benton's Renaissance". I had plenty of good options and I have plenty of money so that's not an issue. I just wanted value from my builder.

We were satisfied with just about everything. We've had a few problems and they have taken care of them right away so that has been nice.
